@Alan Narrative: Character Skinning (Building the Skeleton)

This is the skeleton of our character, built.

How would you suggest I build the tail? Should I parent it to the pelvis?

    Looking good...

    Start at the base (of the tail) and draw joints along the tail until you get to the end. The amount depends upon how well they fit with the curves (possibly 10 - 12 in your case). Then parent the base joint (root / first one created) to the pelvis joint (pelvis = parent, tail = child).
